Futurist is a premium ecosystem supporting leadership teams in Private Equity & Venture Capital-backed companies. We help Leaders scale with confidence, capability, and world-class talent.

Futurist combines two complementary pillars:

Futurist Connect – Europe’s award-winning Chief People Officer network. We bring CPOs together through premium events and a trusted community to share insights, benchmark strategies, and navigate the challenges of scaling high-growth organisations. We know how isolating it can feel at the top - this is a space to learn, share, and get support without the usual pressures of the boardroom. Our events currently span the UK, Germany, Spain, and Portugal, with New York and Boston launching soon.

Futurist Search – an operator-led Executive Search advisory helping PE/VC firms and their portfolio companies hire exceptional leaders across People, Technology, Product, Data, and Security. Our approach is structured, efficient, and engaging for all stakeholders, delivering hires aligned to both business needs and culture, with offers accepted in weeks, not months. Full-time, fractional, or advisory leadership solutions are available.

Together, Futurist strengthens both the leaders running the business and the teams driving growth. Our ecosystem combines insight, connection, and action - supporting leaders to scale successfully while building high-impact, high-performing teams.
