Established in 2015, the Futuristic Skill Development Foundation is a high-capacity execution partner dedicated to "Connecting Campus to Corporates" through large-scale, impact-driven Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) skilling mandates.

For nearly a decade, we have been deeply embedded in grassroots youth empowerment. Since our inception, we have impacted over 1,000 students annually across Delhi government schools by delivering free career counseling, CUET training, and life-skills workshops. This sustained community integration has built our most powerful asset: an unmatched, highly reliable student mobilization engine.

Today, we channel that mobilization power into executing high-volume CSR skilling targets. In a massive operational sprint starting December 2024, our foundation successfully implemented training and placements for 1,680+ youth across Delhi, Punjab, and Uttarakhand.

Our recent CSR delivery footprint includes:
• 1,440 youth trained for Infosys Foundation mandates (Data Entry, Front Desk & BCBF) via Lokbharti and EduBridge.
• 120 BCBF professionals trained for Standard Chartered.
• 71 BCBF professionals trained for Ambit Foundation.
• 51 advanced Data Analytics graduates trained for National Australia Bank.

Our ultimate differentiator is our infrastructure. We do not rely on temporary, under-equipped setups. The foundation is powered by the premium facilities of the Delhi School of Skill Development (DSSD)—a premier commercial EdTech institute with 7 active branches across Delhi. Our CSR beneficiaries are trained in high-tech labs by expert educators specializing in Data Analytics, AI Tools, Digital Marketing, and IT.

We are actively seeking MOUs with Master Implementing Agencies (MIAs) and CSR Directors looking for a reliable, multi-state delivery partner for upcoming IT, ITeS, and BFSI batch allocations.
