Nicolas Bré is the founder and director of QUALI'BRÉ Formations PRO, where they have dedicated the last 30 years to translating scientific knowledge into culinary creativity. In addition, they serve as Head of Quality and Restaurant Development at Futuroscope since 1993. Currently, Nicolas is pursuing a degree in Microbiology at estba and is also studying industrial and food microbiology at Université Pierre et Marie Curie.
