F&V Construction (FVC) provides construction services from project inception through completion. FVC is part of the family of FVCI, which also includes Fleis & VandenBrink (F&V) and F&V Operations and Resource Management (FVOP). Established in 1999 as a designer-led construction firm, FVC provides single-source responsibility to meet the design intent, schedule, budget, and warrantee of the project. We keep our clients as active participants throughout their project, and our professional in-house design team works closely with our construction team to provide a seamless project delivery. 

We provide construction management or design-build services for projects ranging from simple general civil engineering projects, office and industrial facilities, large infrastructure projects, to complex water and wastewater plants. To date, FVC has an incredible track record and none of our projects have come in over the approved construction budget.
