Michael Dickson

Michael Dickson is a Director at FWB, one of the UK’s leading boutique Executive Search and Board Advisory firms, where they focus on identifying and recruiting senior management talent. With a Law Honours degree from The University of Edinburgh, Michael has worked in the search sector since 2012, holding previous positions such as Business Manager and Associate in Executive Search. In addition to their role at FWB, they served as a Non-Executive Director for Apex Scotland and participated in CBI’s Under 35 Leadership Group until 2022.
