I'm not a consultant. I'm a builder.

Over 15 years, I've started companies from scratch, shipped products, raised money, made the hard calls. I know what zero-to-one actually costs in time, money, and sleep.

Today I run FWC, a venture builder based in Casablanca. The model is simple: I don't work for you, I build with you. We co-define the vision, build the tech, and stay in until the exit. Equity-based. Skin in the game.

I work with founders who have a market and an ambition, companies that need a tech layer to create real value, and boards that need a builder's perspective in the room.

Graduated from HEC Paris, but my real education happened in the field.
