Scott Levy

Scott Levy has a comprehensive work experience history. Scott currently holds the position of Chief Policy Counsel at FWD.us since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Bronx Defenders for many years, taking on various roles such as Managing Director of Policy, Chief Policy Counsel, Special Counsel to the Criminal Defense Practice, Staff Attorney for the Criminal Defense Practice, Director of the Fundamental Fairness Project, and Project Director for the Marijuana Arrest Project. Before joining The Bronx Defenders, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts from August 2007 to August 2008.

Scott Levy attended Princeton University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International and Public Affairs. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Harvard Law School from 2004 to 2007, specializing in Law. Scott successfully completed their degree and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard.
