Bruce McCarty has extensive work experience in the equestrian industry. From 1981 to 1994, they worked as the Shows and Events Manager at the National Cutting Horse Association. In this role, they were responsible for managing shows and events related to cutting horses. In 1994, Bruce joined the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo as the Horse Show Manager. Here, they oversaw all horse shows and assisted with the production of the World's Original Indoor Rodeo.
