Mark H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark started their career in 1983 at Safeway, where they worked as an Information Systems and Collection Manager until 1990. During this time, they gained expertise in managing information systems and collections.
In 1990, Mark joined Public Service Credit Union as an Assistant Vice President of Operations, where they stayed until 2002. Their role involved overseeing operational activities within the organization.
Mark then moved on to Rocky Mountain Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union in 1993, where they worked as a Loan Officer for a year.
In 2009, Mark joined Visa as a part of the Global Treasury team, a position they held until 2016. This role involved working on global treasury matters.

Mark H. attended Colorado State University in 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they studied at Regis University, majoring in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. From 1981 to 1985, they attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Mark completed their secondary education at Columbine High School from 1978 to 1981, earning a Diploma in General Studies/Accounting.
