Colm McElligott is an experienced video and sound editor currently serving as a 1st Assistant Editor and 2nd Assistant Editor at FX since April 2023. With a freelance career spanning from 2020 to the present, Colm has worked on various projects while also holding the position of Editor at Spirit Studios from January 2018 to 2020. Early experience includes serving as a Freelance Videographer from May 2013 to October 2016 and working as a Video Mixer for the live dance show Trad on the Prom in 2016. Colm also contributed as Equipment's Officer at the Societies Office of NUI Galway from September 2013 to January 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Post Production from MetFilm School and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Galway.
