Head of Content & Editor-In-Chief at FXC Intelligence

Lucy Ingham has a diverse range of work experience in the journalism and media industry. Their most recent role is as the Head of Content & Editor-In-Chief at FXC Intelligence, where they are responsible for overseeing all content production and editorial operations.

Prior to joining FXC Intelligence, Lucy worked at GlobalData Plc for several years. Their roles at GlobalData included Editor-in-Chief of Verdict.co.uk, where they managed editorial operations for a technology news site and digital magazine. Lucy also served as the Editor of Design & Build Review, a role in which they were responsible for content planning and editing. Lucy launched and developed the consumer technology news site and digital magazine, Factor, into a prominent publication in the futurism space. In addition, they worked as the Deputy Editor for a group of B2B digital magazines, providing editorial support and managing content upload. Lucy began their tenure at GlobalData as a Junior Website Editor, where they maintained the content on various B2B media websites.

Before joining GlobalData, Lucy gained experience at PMA Media Training as a Web & iPad magazine freelance designer/tutor. Lucy also completed a Trainee role, during which they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Magazine Journalism and received comprehensive training in various aspects of journalism, including news writing, feature writing, interviewing, social media, web analytics, subbing, video production, proofreading, media law, shorthand, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Lucy Ingham attended Durham University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Anthropology. During their time at Durham University, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Development Anthropology, which they completed in the same time period. In 2012, Lucy furthered their education by obtaining a postgraduate certificate in Magazine Journalism from PMA Media Training.
