Brian Fanning

Brian specializes in large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. With a strong understanding of how buildings evolve from ideas to realized structures, he holds a breadth of experience that spans all phases of the design process.

Brian has worked on many of the key projects New York City. His goal on each project is to develop a clear design vision and translate that into to a built reality, while maintaining the clarity of the vision from the massing down to the craft of the details.
