Owen Herrera

Owen Herrera is a digital marketing specialist and administrator currently employed at IRMC since December 2023, where responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and interacting with the community and potential clients. Previous experience includes a bilingual support role at FXDD from August 2022 to July 2024, providing administrative and customer service assistance in both English and Spanish, and serving as a customer service representative for Concentrix from November 2020 to May 2021, focusing on support for Macy's customers. Owen holds an AML/CFT Fundamentals certification from the Malta Stock Exchange Institute and a C1 Academic English degree from Academia de idiomas Smart, in addition to a high school diploma from Coglobal School.
