Amy Williams, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience supporting both Fortune 1000 companies and small to mid-size businesses. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at The Columbus Organization and Hartstrings, overseeing HR functions for over 300 employees in diverse settings. Most recently, they held the position of AVP and Head of HR for Life Insurance and Annuities at Penn Mutual and currently serve as the Human Resources Director at FXI. Amy is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Arcadia University, enhancing their people-centric approach to HR leadership.
