Andrew Prusky

Andrew Prusky is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at FXI since 2009. Prior to this role, Andrew held various legal positions at Foamex International Inc. from 2002 to 2009, including Senior Vice President, Legal, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel. Andrew's career began at Blank Rome LLP from 1998 to 2002 as an Associate in the Corporate Department. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
