Douglas Darling

Douglas Darling has extensive experience in environmental health and safety management, currently serving as the Regional Environmental Health & Safety Director at FXI since June 2012, after holding the position of West Coast Regional Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. Prior to FXI, Douglas was a Plant Manager at Western Manufacturing from January 2004 to June 2012. Douglas's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as Quality Assurance Chief, Helicopter Mechanic, and Aircrew from October 1983 to November 2003. Additionally, Douglas worked as a Loss Prevention Agent at IKEA Group from 1992 to 1994. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Ashford University (2010-2012) and a diploma from Bloomfield Central School (1980-1983). Further technical training was received at Wayne/Finger Lakes BOCES in Drafting.
