Douglas Wildes

Douglas Wildes is an experienced engineering project manager currently working at FXI since October 2021. Prior to this role, Douglas held various positions including senior industrialization engineer at Schneider Electric, where innovative lean manufacturing techniques were implemented in the Mexico facility and new technologies were introduced in domestic plants. Douglas also served as plant manager at Graham Packaging and Associated Materials, and production manager at Whirlpool Corporation, managing manufacturing operations. Earlier career experience includes a manufacturing engineer role at Centro, Inc. and project engineering manager at Varian Semiconductor, focusing on machine assembly and troubleshooting. Douglas holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 1985 and 1991.
