Miguel Rivera has extensive experience in production planning, order management, and customer service, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative at FXI since December 2020, Miguel is responsible for managing sales orders and receiving and releasing MRP from multiple customers weekly. Prior roles include Master Planner & Production Scheduler at Delphi RB XX, Master Planner at MAHLE, and Material Planning Management at Foxconn Scientific Atlanta. Miguel's foundational experience encompasses roles in production control and customer service across various companies, such as FOXCONN CMMSG, Inventec, Honeywell, and COOPER BUSSMANN. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio, as well as a Licenciatura in International Relations from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua.
