Sal Panarello

Sal Panarello is an experienced engineering and manufacturing professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Engineering and Manufacturing Projects at FXI since November 1997, Panarello directs a six-member team and manages a $20 million portfolio across 20 locations, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Previous roles at FXI included Corporate Engineering Director and Director of Process Engineering, where contributions included integrated project management and productivity improvements. Panarello's earlier positions at Kimble Glass, Albany International, and Owens Illinois have provided a solid foundation in technology management, research development, and design engineering. Sal Panarello holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
