Sara Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations planning, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the VP of Sales & Operations Planning at FXI since May 2020, Sara previously held various leadership roles at Innocor, Inc. including VP of Finished Product Operations Planning, Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, and Supply Chain & Production Control Manager from May 2013 to May 2020. Prior experiences include positions as Continuous Improvement Manager and Data Integrity Specialist at Advanced Technology Services from August 2010 to May 2013, and roles at NTN Bearing Corporation including Master Scheduler and Direct/Indirect Material Buyer from May 2007 to August 2010. Sara holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from Western Illinois University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
