Troy Williams has over 14 years of management experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at FXI since September 2009, Troy is responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficiency. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Factory Manager at IR/Comforpedic Portland from July 2006 to December 2008, where duties included managing factory processes and staff.
