Iris Hoejenbos

Iris Hoejenbos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Interim Finance Manager at Hogeschool Tio for a year. Iris then joined SKF Group, where they held the positions of Assistant Controller a.i. and Project Manager a.i. from June 2017 to June 2019. Iris continued working in a similar capacity at SKF Motion Technologies from November 2017 to October 2019. In 2019, they joined Ewellix as an Interim Finance/HR/Project Manager for the UK & Benelux regions until January 2022. Iris then worked as a Controller at Inphos Netherlands from January 2010 to March 2022. Iris subsequently took on the role of Interim Project Manager ERP/Finance Controller at DTILE in March 2022. In 2022, they also worked as a Controller a.i. at moni - driving intelligent business. Currently, they are serving as a Financial Controller a.i. at FYEO since February 2023. Prior to all these positions, Iris was the Owner of Pennywise Finance, starting in July 2014.

Iris Hoejenbos has a diverse education history. Iris obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Change Management from NCOI Opleidingen from 2019 to 2023. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a post-HBO degree in Veranderkunde (Change Management) from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN).

Before this, in 2017, Iris attended Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Bedrijfseconomie (Business Economics) for a brief period. In 2013, they completed a Payroll Adviseur course at FSDC.

Iris'ssecondary education includes a HAVO diploma in Economics and management from Augustinianum, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they received a VMBO-tl diploma in Economics from Christiaan Huygens College.

In addition to their formal education, Iris has obtained several certifications. Iris became a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in July 2018. In May 2018, they earned the Green Belt for Lean Six Sigma from PEEC - Productivity Engineering Europe Corporation. Iris also holds a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International since April 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG International in August 2017.
