Tim Simmers

Tim Simmers is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors at Sint Maartenskliniek, a position held since 2024, and has been a member of the board since 2023. They previously served as a cardiologist and clinical electrophysiologist at multiple institutions, including Catharina Ziekenhuis from 2012 to 2023, and UMC Utrecht in 2001. Tim also held leadership roles such as Director at CVOI from 2017 to 2023, and Chair of the Coöperatie Catharina Hartcentrum from 2015 to 2020. They are actively pursuing degrees in Medicine at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Change Management at TIAS School for Business and Society, and a PhD at Universiteit Utrecht, along with a credential from the European Society of Cardiology.
