Divya Adriaanse

Divya Adriaanse is a Recruitment Business Partner at FYGI since December 2022, contributing to innovative HR and recruitment practices. Divya also serves as a Transformatiecoach at Heartschool, helping individuals navigate burnout and reconnect with their purpose. Previous roles include Interim Corporate Recruiter at Pci Nederland, where Divya was involved in the full recruitment process, and Corporate Recruiter for IT at Leiden University. With extensive experience in corporate recruitment and consultancy, including positions at Profession and Randstad Nederland, Divya has developed a strong background in HR strategy and talent acquisition. Divya holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Leiden and a Post HBO in Business and Social Skills from Uyl-Trainingen.
