Roland Poot is an experienced recruitment consultant and business owner with a solid background in corporate recruitment and real estate. Currently serving as a co-owner at Holiday Mar Menor since October 2023, Roland focuses on vacation home rentals and property management services. Roland has also been a recruitment consultant at FYGI | Happy Recruiters and YourStaff since July 2022, utilizing innovative online marketing and recruitment technology. Prior experience includes serving as an interim corporate recruiter for REBO Groep B.V., and roles as a senior recruiter and team lead at Finedat Financial Scouts.
