Born from a vision to blur lines and deliver brilliance, Chefs Peter Tempelhoff, Ashley Moss, and Service & Beverage Director Jennifer Hugé launched FYN, Cape Town’s acclaimed multi-cultural fine dining destination in the CBD. This was followed by 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 Restaurant on Buitenverwachting Wine Farm, a celebration of classical fine dining.

The group then introduced the trend-setting Ramenhead on Parliament Street—serving some of the city’s best ramen—and recently expanded to the V&A Waterfront’s Time Out Market with Sushiya, an authentic Japanese sushi concept by Tempelhoff and Chef Shin Takagi of Japan’s two-Michelin-starred Zeniya, alongside a second Ramenhead outlet.
