Allyn Roque has extensive work experience in the legal field. In 2009, Roque worked as a Florida Bar Foundation Public Service Fellow at the Legal Aid Society of Dade County Bar Association, where they secured volunteers to take on pro bono cases. They also contributed an article for the Dade County Bar Association's monthly publication during this time.

Allyn Roque first attended Florida International University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Public Administration degree with a focus on Public Administration. They then continued their education at the same university from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Following this, Allyn went on to pursue higher education at St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law from 2007 to 2010, ultimately receiving a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
