Komal Shah

Komal Shah has a total of three work experiences, starting with their role as an HR Executive at Multipz Services in 2017. There, they managed day-to-day HR functions, coordinated communication with candidates, handled payroll and employee records. In 2018, they joined Techno Brigade InfoTech as an HR Executive, where they recruited, coordinated interviews, developed HR policies, and managed HR operations. In 2019, Komal joined FYNXT as an HR & Operation Executive, responsible for handling the entire employment life cycle, recruiting and screening candidates, managing attendance, and providing orientation to new employees. Komal also currently holds the role of Sr. HR Executive at FYNXT.

Komal Shah completed their education as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they attended S. R. Luthra Institute of Management (SFI) Second Shift in Surat, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource management.

- Prior to pursuing their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Advance Accounting & Auditing from Navyug Commerce College. Komal attended this college from 2012 to 2015.

- In 2011 and 2012, they attended Bai P. M. Patel Girls High School in Surat and completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Commerce.

- In 2009 and 2010, they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) at Bai P. M. Patel Girls High School in Surat.

Komal also obtained additional certifications, including a Digital Marketing Certificate from OnlineYug - Digital Marketing Training, Branding, Strategizing, Consulting in April 2019, and a Certificate in Computer Application from Net-X IIT in June 2010.
