We help Engineering Leaders in UK and US tech companies hire high-quality AI and Software Engineers without wasting time on noise

If you are responsible for growing a team, this probably feels familiar

▪️You need experienced engineers who actually raise the bar, not just people who look fine on paper
▪️Your inbox is full of recruiters who do not understand your tech, your standards, or your urgency. Most just want permission to “work with you” rather than add value
▪️The market looks busy, but it is saturated with average candidates, which makes finding genuinely strong people harder than it should be

At the same time, the pressure does not stop

→ Product timelines start to slip
→ Stakeholder expectations increase
→ Your own credibility becomes tied to the quality of the hires you make

The reason this is hard is not a lack of people
It’s because the people you actually want are rarely on the market

On the candidate side, this is what we see every day:

▪️Strong engineers who have been in the same role for a couple of years
▪️Performing well, but starting to plateau
▪️Unsure whether they are paid at market rate, salary or benefits
▪️Open to a conversation, but not actively applying or applying anywhere publicly

That gap between ambition and action is where most hiring processes fall down

We have worked exclusively in tech recruitment for 15 years. For the last 8 of those, the focus has been AI and Software Engineering

✓ On average, permanent hires take 17 days
✓ Contract hires take around 4 days
✓ We keep the process simple and transparent, with clear SLAs and cadence agreed from the start
