Britt Leppik has been working in various roles since 2012. From 2012-2014, they were a Hairdresser and Receptionist/Translator at Beauty Salon Verso, where they provided consultation, hair related services and product sales, scheduled clients, ordered equipment, promoted product sales and oversaw social media content, as well as translating between Estonian, English and Russian languages. From 2014-2017, they were a Waitress at Nalu Diner, providing excellent service and assisting the manager with various tasks. In 2018, they were a Customer Service Guest Specialist at Booking.com, providing excellent customer support over the phone and emails to guests and accommodation partners, solving complex situations involving accommodation, payments, fraud etc. and protecting sensitive data and safeguarding the clients. In 2019, they were a General Manager at Keller Door Books, a Customer Support Specialist and Cancellations Specialist at N26, providing customers a best in class experience across multiple channels (live chat, email, phone) and preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding the clients, and a Production Specialist at PlusDental, where they were responsible for the production steps in the laboratory, operating small machines, devices and sensitive 3D printers, grinding and smoothing the edges of the aligners to prepare them for the next steps and contributing to the creation of the final product. Britt Leppik's education history includes attending Tallinn Industrial Education Centre from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Vocational Education in Hair Styling/Stylist and Hair Design. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Tallinn Mustamäe Secondary School for a Language Immersion Class. From 1997 to 2005, they attended Tallinn English College. Britt is currently attending Volkshochschule Esslingen from 2019 to 2020 for German Language and Society. In addition, they have attended Tallinn University since 2012 for Library and Information Science and University of Tartu since 2009 for Psychology and since 2008 for Semiotics and Culture Studies.
