Health studio based in Hillerød with focus on high quality health performance. We strive to deliver high quality training though supervised, progressive and individually adjusted training sessions. We offer exercise sessions and physiotherapy consultations for privates and companies.

Our training sessions are primarily based on the Pilates method combined with Fysio Studio's core elements of supervision, progression and individually adjusted training. 

In 2013 we will introduce a new concept within Fysio Studio with focus on improving general health and preventing lifestyle diseases though the same core elements as in our previous training concepts. The new concept will be available for both privates and companies.
