FYT gives anyone a verified fitness score from 0 to 1,000 in a single 5-minute test. Three bodyweight movements, push-ups, squats, and burpees, counted by AI through the phone camera and normalized for age and gender. No equipment. No lab. Just one honest number you can trust, track, and improve.
 
For people, it answers the question fitness never could: how fit am I, really? For gyms, trainers, and coaches, it turns invisible progress into a number members can see, compete on, and come back to beat. That's retention you can measure.
