Marco Zaki

Marco Zaki is currently the Director of Customer Excellence operations at G Developments and has previously held roles including Head of Customer Experience at ATRIC Developments and Head of Customer Care Operations at Emaar Misr from 2013 to 2019. Zaki has extensive experience in customer care and community management, having worked in various capacities at organizations such as IWAN Developments, Misr Italia Properties, and Telemedia Holding. They began their career as a Public Relations Specialist at Hilton Sharm Dreams and Marriot Zamalek Hotel, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management. Zaki is also continuing education at Altarbya al kawmeya.
