Edgardo Monasterios serves as the Administrative and Process Manager in the Customer Strategy & Transformation Office at Liberty Latin America since March 2021, focusing on the execution of strategic plans and financial management of the CCO Portfolio. Previously held roles include Contact Center Program Manager, Independent Project Manager and Business Developer, and International Project Manager across multiple companies, where Edgardo led initiatives in IT, telecom, and R&D. Edgardo's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Satellite Positioning Technology from the University of Nottingham and various certificates in business strategies, project management, and finance from renowned institutions.
