Jonathan Cohen

Jon has 25 years of financial and executive experience. He has held various roles in both publicly traded and privately held companies in several industries, including software, e-commerce, manufacturing and distribution. Throughout his career, he has participated in dozens of M&A transactions on the buy and sell side.

Jon has been the VP, Chief Accounting and Principal Financial Officer for two publicly traded companies and has consulted with various companies in the Philadelphia market, including Cummins Power Systems and Constar International. This combined experience makes Jon uniquely able to provide a wide range of services, including assisting companies in obtaining bank financing, aiding management with strategic initiatives and planning, providing detailed financial modeling and multi-year forecasts for internal or external purposes, and creating monthly management reporting and analysis tools.

Jon received a BS in Management/Accounting from Hartwick College and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from LaSalle University. Jon is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
