Tinto James possesses extensive experience in the fields of AI, machine learning, and data engineering. From October 2015 to July 2018, Tinto served as a Senior Technical Specialist at SFO Technologies, focusing on the design and delivery of AI and machine learning solutions. Prior to that, Tinto spent over a decade at Verizon, progressing through various roles to become a Senior Architect, where responsibilities included foundational database development and advanced analytics. Following Verizon, Tinto worked as an Assistant Director at EY from August 2018 to January 2025, leading AI/ML-driven solutions. Currently, Tinto holds the position of Principal AI Architect at G10X, concentrating on AI agents and Large Language Models. Tinto earned a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an A M I E in Computer Science & Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India).
