Mark Newton

Mark Newton has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as Chartering Director at G2 Ocean since May 2017, following roles as Senior Chartering Manager and Chartering Manager. Prior to G2 Ocean, Mark held positions at Grieg Star from November 2012 to April 2017, including Traffic Manager and Inbound Traffic Coordinator. Mark's career began at Schneider National from January 2011 to October 2012 as a Driver Business Leader and Independent Contractor Adviser. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from Georgia Southern University, awarded in 2010.
