Recently, USA Today published the Top Ten Fears of U.S. citizens. My seminars deal with two of those fears. They are:

1) How To Recognize a Fraudulent Identification (Identity Theft)
You work hard for your profits; don’t let identity thieves steal from you or your business. In 2008, I was part of a group of detectives that arrested 8 people in an identity theft ring. They used fake driver's licenses and credit cards, costing local businesses over $1.1 million in losses.  The biggest reason this case was closed by arrest was that one store trained its employees on how to recognize an ID thief. The clients I train will be prepared to Detect, Protect, and Defend their business from ID theft and credit card fraud. 

2) Active Shooter Response Training. (Terrorism)
I teach the Department of Homeland Security's program that promotes preparedness and response to active shooter incidents through various resources and initiatives, including the "Run, Hide, Fight" strategy and the development of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) This training provides options and actions employees should take should they be involved in a workplace violence incident.
