Janice E Montle

Janice E. Montle is the Managing Partner at Del Mar Venture Group LLC, a position held since 2005. Previously, they served as Senior Investment Officer at Citi from 1974 to 1977, and later held the role of SVP Finance at Pepsi-Cola from 1977 to 1995. From 1996 to 2018, Janice was the Executive Vice President at Workforce Transformation Inc. They also contribute as a Member of the Board of Directors at both L1 Technologies and G2 Software Systems since 2005 and 2013, respectively. Janice is currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School and holds an AB in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
