With experience in organizations like Gett and Deloitte, Cali has developed initiatives to support high-performance cultures, gender and diversity programs, and innovative recruitment strategies. Cali holds a BA in Philosophy & Theology from the University of Nottingham and is pursuing a Level 7 CIPD qualification.
