Laura Ledesma

Laura Ledesma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Support Coordinator and Latinx & Allies Leader at G2 since July 2021, Ledesma excels in guiding teams and stakeholders to resolve product inquiries while leveraging comprehensive product knowledge. Prior to G2, Ledesma worked at ActiveCampaign as a Vendor Support Specialist, enhancing customer onboarding, and at Yelp as an Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing a substantial pipeline of local businesses and educating them about digital advertising solutions. Previous experience also includes roles at the Law Offices of Barry G Doyle, P.C., DePauw University, where Ledesma fostered community engagement as a Resident Assistant, and held a leadership position as WGRE News Director.
