Rachael A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and customer support. Currently serving as a Technical Writer and previously as a Customer Support Specialist II and Customer Support Specialist at G2 since March 2022, Rachael A. supports a global customer base by addressing inquiries through various communication channels and resolving service issues with a proactive, solution-based approach.
