Rodrigo Boscolo

Rodrigo Boscolo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investor relations. Currently serving as an Independent Director at IZEA since September 2024 and as Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer at GP Investments since August 2014, Rodrigo has also held various roles within GP Investments, including Director and Private Equity Associate. Rodrigo has been a Board Member at G2D Investments since July 2020 and previously contributed as Head of Investor Relations at Spice Private Equity until December 2022. Additional board memberships have included Leon Restaurants, Magnesita, Sascar, and ALLIS. As co-founder of Tripeese (now Travefy) from April 2013 to June 2014, Rodrigo has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a MA in International Studies focusing on Latin America from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Rodrigo also holds an MSc in Business from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
