We are a team of knowledgeable and experienced Health and Physical Performance Coaches operating from a private Strength and Performance facility in the City Centre of Edinburgh. Our skills and knowledge are in the areas of movement and rehabilitation, strength and performance, and nutrition and lifestyle management. We work with individuals who are struggling to make progress due to previous injury, poor movement, a lack of confidence, or misinformation and who are confused as to what steps to take to next in order to move forward.
