Thea Silayro is a Senior Community Manager at G2i Inc., where the focus is on connecting qualified developers with companies that prioritize developer well-being. Prior to G2i, Thea served as Community Manager and Head of Community & Content at Uizard, a platform that streamlines the digital product design process. Earlier experience includes a position as Community Manager at Valuer.ai, where Thea contributed to growth hacking efforts and community engagement strategies. Thea holds an Associate's degree in Marketing Management from Zealand - Sjællands Erhvervsakademi, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, and completed Danish language studies at Studieskolen.
