Max Railton

Max Railton is currently an Associate Director at G3, where they manage complex research assignments and assist clients in navigating political and reputational challenges in African markets. Previously, Max held roles as a Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant at ERM, focusing on political stakeholder advisory services. They have also worked as a Business Consultant at Challenges Worldwide and as a Business Development and Account Manager at ACTIPH Water. Max earned an MSc in African Politics from SOAS University of London in 2019.
