Merrill Gray is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the energy and mining sectors, currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of AnteoTech Ltd and holding various advisory and director roles across multiple organizations. With a strong background in strategic advisory for new energy technologies, including hydrogen and critical minerals, Merrill has previously co-managed Primobius GmbH, a lithium-ion battery recycling joint venture, and held positions at NH3 Clean Energy and Livium Ltd, focusing on the development of clean energy solutions and battery materials. Merrill’s educational background includes an MBA from Melbourne Business School and degrees in Mineral Technology and Geology from the University of Otago, complemented by certifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and professional memberships with FAusIMM and FIEAust.
