Amy Etchells

Amy Etchells is a Chartered Surveyor specializing in corporate real estate, currently serving as the Head of International Real Estate at G4S, where they manage an international property portfolio comprising over 1,100 leases. They are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the real estate function and conducting transactions across the portfolio. Prior to this role, they gained valuable experience in transaction management at Cushman & Wakefield and worked as a surveyor at Vail Williams, focusing on occupier clients' needs. Amy's educational background includes a BA(Hons) in European Studies with Italian from the University of Portsmouth and an MA in Property Management and Development from The Nottingham Trent University.
