Bashiru Abdul-Rahim

Bashiru Abdul-Rahim is an experienced security professional with 20 years in the private security industry. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at G4S Ghana, they manage a workforce of approximately 4,145 uniform security personnel across multiple regions. Previously, Bashiru held various positions at G4S, including Area Manager, Area Patrol Supervisor, and Project Manager for Tullow Oil Ghana Limited, demonstrating expertise in operational efficiency and compliance. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Ghana and a Diploma in Forensic Investigative Psychology in Security Management from Wisconsin International University College.
