Christopher Scarf

Christopher Scarf is a dedicated Senior Operational Manager at G4S with an extensive background in the security and custodial industry, spanning over 25 years. A veteran of the British Army Infantry, they developed strong communication and teamwork skills over 13 years of service. Previously, Christopher served as a Sergeant with the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards and worked as a Firefighter with South Wales Fire and Rescue Service. They hold an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care from Swansea College and remain focused on creating secure and supportive environments for staff and offenders in their current role.
